Mom & Baby Yoga

Friday's from 1:30pm - 2:30pm
Postnatal Yoga will help the mother's body get back into shape. The asanas, with an emphasis on posture, abdominal muscle and pelvic floor work, strengthening, breath and relaxation, will give you tools that will help you be strong and vital in your role as a new mom.
Babies are welcome in the class up to crawling age, but you can also participate without baby. A post natal check up is required before attending these classes.
