ISHTA Yoga

ISHTA Yoga is a combination of Ashtanga, Iyengar, Vini and other yoga techniques. Through a blend of Asana (physical postures), Pranayama (breath) and Tantra (meditation), this challenging class will leave you feeling energized, strong and relaxed. ISHTA is a sanskrit term that means 'individual.' The Ishta practice encourages us to find our own individual 'best self.'
