Join Stacey Irvine and Stephanie Staniforth for an evening that combines the practice of Yin yoga with the magic of essential oils to nourish and rejuvenate the mind and body. In this 2-hour workshop you will be guided through a long, delicious yin yoga practice that focuses on clearing the main energetic centers in the body. Crystal singing bowls will be played throughout the class, while visualizations and guided meditations will help you surrender deeply into the postures.

Essentials oils will be applied during hands on assists and diffused aromatically throughout the practice, fostering a sense of calm, mindfulness and therapeutic benefit to the lungs. Essentials oils are renowned for their ability to promote spiritual focus, enhance mental clarity, and emotional well-being. Incorporating essential oils into your yoga practice can bring about a profound healing mind-body experience as they bring balance to virtually every system of the body.

Students will leave feeling inspired, informed, invigorated and light. Each student will be given their own custom roll-on blend of essential oils to incorporate into their daily practice.
