Seniors Yoga

Join Jennifer Vanderland for this class specifically designed with the older student in mind. We will use yoga postures to safely stretch, strengthen, release tension in the body, and work on balance. Each class will finish with a relaxing restorative pose, for a rejuvenating and enjoyable experience. For those students who are unable to easily get down on the mat, a chair will be provided.

Parent & Baby Yoga

 Join Allison for a yoga experience designed specifically for new moms and babies! In these sessions you will learn postures to bring flexibility and strength to areas of your body affected by the work of being a new mom. Babies join in the fun as well with interactive movements paired to fun and familiar songs. Expect you and your baby to learn more about your bodies, have a unique bonding experience, and meet other moms and babies in the process!

Prenatal Yoga

Discover how your yoga practice and your breath will allow you to connect with your baby. Cultivate grace and strength during your pregnancy by exploring poses that specifically address the shifting shape and unique needs of your changing body. These classes will help prepare you for labour and childbirth. Take time for yourself, and feel a sense of serenity and overall well being during this special time.

 

Instructor Alexis Woodley has been teaching Prenatal Yoga since 2010 and has been a DONA certified  Birth Doula since 2013. She has been blessed to teach yoga to hundreds of woman during their pregnancies & has learned so much from all the Moms & babes she has been lucky to share space with.
